Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled online. However, if you email us immediately at [email protected] or call us at (716) 432-8874, we may be able cancel your order before it is shipped. Otherwise, you should wait until you receive the merchandise and then return it to us at

Once merchandise is delivered to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer pays return shipping.

 Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, or items sold to retailers at wholesale prices, unless an item was damaged at the time of sale. Otherwise, these items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your returned item, We will send you an email notification of receipt that informs you whether the item is eligible for refund or not. If eligible, your payment for the returned item will be refunded in whole. 

In lieu of exchanges, we ask that you simply reorder the product that you would like in exchange for the returned item, after you have received your refund.
