Separate from Elsa Ortiz Online, which provides a job for Elsa, we created a fund to educate children in Guatemala.  In general, free public education is not accessible past the 6th grade and even then includes expenses that many families cannot afford (e.g., transportation, books, supplies and sometimes uniforms). Most children have limited educational opportunity, many are left behind altogether. We started this fund to educate Antony, but are now expanding it to benefit others. 

Elsa Ortiz Online customers sometimes wish to donate to this fund, in addition to their purchases. Others sometimes want to just donate.
